Luan Seguim-Arnold is a dedicated yoga teacher passionate about empowering individuals to reconnect with their inner courage and embody the love they are. As the founder of Senses Yoga, Luan combines traditional yoga techniques with modern insights to guide students on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.
 

Rooted in his personal experience of overcoming challenges and cultivating resilience, Luan’s teaching emphasizes the power of breathwork, mindfulness, and movement as tools for healing, growth, and empowerment. His approach integrates mental health support, traditional spiritual practices, and philosophical wisdom, inspiring both men and women to live with purpose and abundance.


Certified as a 200-hour yoga instructor, Luan specializes in dynamic mobility and flexibility routines, breathwork techniques, and spiritual rituals designed to awaken vitality and balance. Through his classes, he seeks to create a nurturing space where students can rediscover their inner strength and reclaim their authentic selves.


Through private sessions, workshops, and online platforms, Luan invites clients to explore yoga not only as a practice but as a path to courage, connection, and transformation.

 

He's studied at Bodesphere,  Raj Yoga Rishikesh, and under Jim Morningstar at Transformations in Milwaukee, WI
